Toddler room is looking to at add a reliable Classroom Assistant:

  • Someone who is personable, has patience, team player, and a love for young children!
  • Class size is 8-10 students, potty training, care of self, care of others and guiding them in using classroom materials responsible.
  • Our Lead Toddler room Guide will train her assistant and teach you how Montessori works.
  • This is a Part time or Full time position based on your needs. 8:00am - 12:00pm or 8:00am - 3:00pm.
  • Academic year begins Sept 3, 2026. Starting work in the summer will be great for training!

LEAD MONTESSORI TEACHER:

Our Children's House will be adding a second Certified Montessori Lead Teacher to our staff.

  • Must be a certified Montessori Guide for ages 3-6.
  • 3+ years of classroom experience
  • Competitive pay and paid Holidays!


Summer Camp employment:

  • Someone who is personable, has patience, team player and love for young children!
  • This year our summer camp theme is "Summer Book Club" Each week has a different book theme. We will integrate Art, Science, Math and Language each day. The mornings begin outside where students can be social and enjoy free play with friends.
  • There is the morning program 8:30am-11:30am and then extended day until 5:30pm.
  • We are looking for part time and/or Full time staff. 8:00am - 12:00noon. 8:00am - 3:00pm, 12:00noon - 5:30PM (Afternoon Lead)
  • Summer Camp begins the second week in June and goes through the 3rd week in August.


Requirements and Experience:

  • Clean Background Check and Finger Prints
  • Reliable transportation and a respectful commitment to being on time and show up when scheduled.
  • Experience with young children and at least 2 references
  • All Staff will need to take CPR/First Aid Training for Children. Mandatory Child Abuse Reporter Training, Universal Precautions.
  • Full Time, year round staff will need to take "Essential Trainings" through CCR&R
  • We offer Direct Deposit Pay once a month
  • Pay starts at $16/hr. After a 6  month probation we will discuss your commitment to stay and salary at that time.
  • School year benefits are Paid Holidays and sick days (6)
  • Summer is paid for sick days (3)
